Background Checks
If background checks are required, Cogran can import the data from a third-party background check system. Provide your import file to your Cogran sales rep. The results of a background check will also appear on the household/contact record.
To access the bulk data once it has been imported, visit:
Contact Management>Background Check
Search on any of the criteria displayed
View Contact. Click the edit button to view details.

- Last name
- Program
- Background check reference number
- Background check date
- Status
- Date entered
- Relationship to youth
