Card Display Troubleshooting

If your cards do not display, try these tips:

  • Is your card set to “Display to Public” and “Admin Only”?
    • Back Office
    • Front Page, Card, and Media Library
    • Card Maintenance
    • Check the box “Display to Public” (Remember to Publish!)
  • Did you click Publish?
    • Back Office
    • Front Page, Card, and Media Library
    • Publish Front Page and Direct Links
    • Click the button labeled “Publish”
  • Is your card the correct type of card? (Info only will only show information, no listings, and reservation and registration appear on two different cards)
  • If your calendar is missing, check that the calendar box is checked
    • Back Office
    • Front Page, Card, and Media Library
    • Card Maintenance
    • Click Edit, then visit Tab 2: Additional Display Options
    • Check the box “Display Calendar”
