Email Log History

To view SYSTEM automated emails that were sent, visit the back office Email Log History.

  • Contact Management, Security
  • Email Log History
  • Search on:
    • Date Range
    • To Address
    • Subject Line
    • Click Search
  • A list appears
  • Click Edit to view the email that was sent

The email will include:

• Date Sent
• From Address
• To Address
• Subject
• Message Body: This will include exact email sent to customer
• CC: this will show any emails cc’d
• Schedule Start Date–for automated reminders
• End Date –for automated reminders
• Frequency –for automated reminders
