How Customers Cancel a Membership online

Prerequisites: Your Cogran Installation must be switched on to allow online cancellations via System Preferences

1. Visit the Front Page: https://www.cogran.com/index.html?SITECODE
2. Sign into your user account
3. From the top right of the page select My Account/Signin and enter your login details.
4. One signed in, click the top right menu icon and navigate to My Memberships…
5. A list will display. Click the image to cancel your membership.
6. A new window will display from the credit card processor, Stripe. Select cancel.

Any future payments will now be cancelled.
