Payment Method Configuration

Adjust the payment methods available to admins for POS checkout. This is particularly useful when staff are using Cogran to run concessions and different payment methods may be accepted.

• Back Office
• System Preferences and Access Control
• Payment Options on Checkout
• Search
• Create New:
  • Payment From: Select the payment checkout
  • Display Sequence: Choose the order in which the options will appear
  • Security Role: Select which security role will view this payment option
  • Check the options that this security role will be able to access:
    • Display Credit Card
    • Display Save Credit Card Option
    • Display Cash Option
    • Display Stripe Terminal
    • Card Swipe (Non Stripe)
    • Payment Due
    • POS Checkout Options:
      • Create Guest
      • Create Contact
      • Search for Contact
