Reprint or Find a Confirmation Email
ADMIN ONLY: How to find a sent email

- Email Log History
- Search (to view all, click Search without entering data)
- A list loads
- Click “edit” to view the email sent to the customer
How to Instruct a User on How to Find a Confirmation Email
Once an online registration and payment has been made, an email confirmation is automatically sent to the primary contact’s email 1 and email 2 addresses.
If the user did not seem to receive an email, please ask the user to check their spam or junk email folder for an email from noreply@cogran.com.
To find a payment record email:
- Instruct the user to log in to their account
- Visit their household account (upper right-hand corner of the site)
- Scroll to View Order / Invoice
- Click “display the invoice” as required
