Swap a Registration within a Household

Sometimes, a contact may register the wrong participant for a program. To change registrations within a household, follow these steps:

  • Log into the Back Office
  • Click “Manage a Household” in the Right Menu or Contact Management, Security>Household
  • Search for the Household
    In the Go-To Menu, select “Registrations” or “Memberships.” (Choose based on which is needed to be switched)
  • Click “edit” next to the relevant registration or membership
  • From the dropdown, change the participant name. Save.

If the relevant contact does not exist, this must be added from the front page.

In another browser or browser tab:

  • Log into the Front Page
  • Click Register
  • Search for a household
  • Select the household
  • Click “Add a Participant” and enter required information
  • Save.

Now, the contact is added to the family, and the registration/membership can be swapped from the back office following the steps above.
