Take Attendance Online

Log into the Cogran Back Office:

Left Menu: Attendance Tracking

• Search for the Session, Class or Attendee
• A roster appears matching the search criteria
• To take attendance, change to grid view
• Click Check in, then Check out
• If signature needed, ask parents to e-intial or e-sign
• The system automatically time and date stamps
• Save

TIP: If using on an ipad, consider landscape view. If side menus load, remember to click menu hide buttons in the upper right and left corners of the screen.

To change the table, remember that all grids work the same way! Columns can be expanded and dragged.
