The Household Account : An Overview

All of the information that is collected during registration is displayed at the household level, with household containing all related contacts.

The household records contain:

• All contacts on a household
• Demographic information
• Registration records
• Payment records
• Payment details

Pull a Household Record to:

• Investigate registration questions
• Move a registrant from one registration item to another
• Record behind-the-scenes data about registrants

The household contains two different user roles, the prime contact and the other family members.

All payments will post against the household. However, the individual registrations also post to the contact.  

These forms allow some editing of information.
