Update Check in and Out History
Corrections can be made via household search. This is used when someone has not checked in.
- Sign in to the Backoffice
- From the right panel, under Manage a Household, click SEARCH
- Search and find your contact household
- Go To : Check in Out History
- (If this is blank, it means that there is no check-in history)
- Select the Edit Pencil next to the record to update. A modal loads.
- Edit record as necessary
- Save
