Update Check in and Out History

Corrections can be made via household search. This is used when someone has not checked in.

  1. Sign in to the Backoffice
  2. From the right panel, under Manage a Household, click SEARCH
  3. Search and find your contact household
  4. Go To : Check in Out History
  5. (If this is blank, it means that there is no check-in history)
  6. Select the Edit Pencil next to the record to update. A modal loads.
  7. Edit record as necessary
  8. Save
