Updating Lookups

To update drop down content lookup boxes in your registration form or elsewhere in Cogran, navigate to Forms, Lookups and Email Templates.

• Select Drop Down Box Lookup Options
• Search for the selected item. This is a strict search, so it is recommended to use a percent sign before the content to create a wildcat search.
• After searching, a list should appear.
• Click the go-to menu next to the selected list item.
• A list appears. (If no content appears, that means this list does not yet have content).
• Click “create new” to add another option to the list.
  • Enter a UNIQUE list code
  • Enter a Description–this will appear to the customers
  • Enter a display sequence if desired
• Save
