Updating the Answers to Questions
After a registration period opens, a customer may want to change or update their registration questions. For reasons of data integrity, Cogran does not allow customers to change their answers after registration is complete. However, admins can update these answers!
Instructions:
- Log into the Back Office
- Open the right menu Registration/Class Management
- Select Program Question Response Option
- Use search filters to find the customer and/or session
- Click Search
- An editable form loads. The question response can be edited.
Household-Based Instructions:
Visit “Manage a Household” in the right menu and click “search.”
Search for the Household/Contacts using the search filter
Use the Go-To Menu to go to Registrations
For the registration with questions to update, click the go-to menu to choose “Registration Questions” next to the registration listing.
The list of questions appear. Edit using the grid or list options.
