Create a Store and Uniform Product

Store products are flexible tools for selling. Store products can be added to a POS card for a quick POS transaction, added as additional items to registration programs, or sold during registration.

Special Features:
1. When added to a POS card, Store Items will be sold by quantity
2. When added to a POS card, Unifrom Items will allow customers to select a size
3. Uniform and Store items post to special reports for easy item distribution

Quick Instructions:

  1. Registration Setup>Store/Uniform
  2. Add+
  3. Fill out the form that appears
  4. Choose a type of store product.
    • Uniforms: Uniforms have sizes
    • Store: No sizes
  5. Name the store product.
  6. Add a price.
  7. Save.
  8. Add to a Registration Period

STEP ONE: Fill out the Program Form

Tab 1: Basic Information:

  • Choose a type:
    • Uniforms: Uniforms have sizes and multiple price options
    • Store: No sizes, but multiple prices are available
    • Lockers: These are related to facilities.
  • Name: Enter the name of the store product **Required
  • Card: Add the store product to a card. Cards control registration style. Store items on a program card will appear in the program format. Store items on a POS card will appear in a compact POS format. *Read more about cards.
  • Image: By default, the programs will display with a simple checkmark. By adding an image, the program can be more customized.
  • Second Card: Select a second card to display. Often this is a POS type card for a shopfront.
  • More Information: Include as much additional information as needed. *Read more about more info.
  • Account Code: Set a GL or account code. Registration Options can share account codes. Account codes are useful for financial reporting.
  • Size: Note that data entered here will NOT appear for Store items.
    • If Uniform is chosen, enter the sizes using this format:
      S:Small,M:Medium,L:Large,XL:Extra Large,XXL: Double Extra Large
    • This allows infinite sizing options and labels!
  • Clone: Advanced. To copy, enter the number of required copies here and then click save. This feature saves time in creating very similar items, for example. The names can be updated from the list view after clicking save viewing the list of copied programs.

Tab 2: Prices

  • Price: Enter a base price. All discounts will be calculated from this price. **Required
  • Member Price: Enter the price that Members will pay. Current members will be charged automatically.
  • Tax Code: If tax is applicable, set the tax rate here. Cogran comes pre-loaded with the common tax rate of 6.5%. To change this option, contact support@cogransystems.com
