When used: To create sub-groups of any registration session or program. For example: Groups, Cabins, Teams, and Classes.

About Classes

Classes are created out of larger registration groups, with useful information like class name, teacher, and location. For example, if 40 people register for a session, Classes can be used to divide them into 4 classes of 10 people each.

Classes are built person-by-person, without automated group formation.

Create a Class

To create a class, follow these instructions:

  • Log into the Back office
    Use the top menu to navigate to Registration Monitoring>Class Creation
  • Click Create New
  • Fields:
    • Class name: this information appears on rosters and class lists.
    • Name of teacher: this information appears on rosters and class lists.
    • Location: this information appears on rosters and class lists.
    • Session: select a session from the list. The session information includes the number of current registrants and the number of spaces left. If a session is selected, available participants will be limited to those in the selected session.
    • Age and Grade: select an age and grade from this list. If using age and grade, the available participants will be limited  to those in the selected critera.
  • Save.
