Membership Sales

Memberships can be sold in Cogran. Membership Registration Options contain member-specific tools, including who is eligible for a membership, costs of the membership, term of the membership, and more!

Member Pricing on Registration Options

Setting member pricing in Cogran is simple. When updating or creating an eligible registration option, simply also fill out the field for Member Price. After purchase of a membership, members will pay the membership price!

Member prices are available for: Programs, Tickets, Day Passes, and Teams.

If a member has registered for a membership, then the member will automatically get the member price for the term of that membership. The member does not need to add a coupon code or other information to the system for membership pricing to be in effect–the membership is tied to the member’s household account.

Member Exclusive Programs

Some organizations offer member-only programs that are restricted from access to non-members. Once a customer has a current membership, a member is able to purchase the program. This is handled by assigning a membership level to the programs.

For detailed instructions on how to add memberships to programs, follow these instructions.

Membership Automatic Payments

Automatic payments can be scheduled for memberships. Allow automatic payment for memberships during Membership Registration Setup. To learn more about this option, contact support@cogransystems.com.

Member Perks

Supply members with special ticket benefits using the new Member Perks system. Assign perks to a membership during Membership Registration Setup. Note that member perks are ONLY available for tickets. (Member guest passes are not “perks” and are set up during membership setup).

Member Check-Ins

Members can check into Cogran installations. Organizations that offer this on a constant basis are encourage to setup a dedicated terminal for this purpose with a barcode scanner. Membership cards can be printed, or customers can show their membership barcode in their household account.

Note that some member systems have integrations to door-management systems: to learn more about this option, contact support@cogransystems.com.

Member Numbers

When a membership is purchased in Cogran, a member number is automatically assigned to the membership. This member number will post on the customer’s household account and can be used for membership access. Many Cogran customers choose to apply different member numbers manually.

In other situations, new member numbers will be generated after a set starting point for member numbers. This allows all memberships to be sequential.

To update member numbers, follow these instructions.

Member Import

Members can be imported into Cogran, too! This method allows users to bring over lists of current members when choosing the Cogran System. This method is also useful when memberships are managed through a third-party membership management tool, instead of Cogran’s membership features. Contact support@cogransystems.com to set up a membership import.

Member Reports
