Contact Follow Up

Keep track of each contact by recording a comment.

This helps you carefully manage each user, manage changes, and track issues like absences. 

  1. Contact Management> Enter name or other search criteria>Household Record Populates
  2. Click Contacts>Select Contact
  3. Now, Select Contact Follow Up. 
  4. Select a date to view or edit a past note.
  5. Search> Create New to enter a new contact note.
