Coupon Doesn’t Work

If a coupon doesn’t work, run through the following steps:

Make sure that there are no special characters such as #, %, or -. Special characters are reserved for special coupon types, such as the Financial Assistance coupon
Make sure that the coupon has not expired
Make sure that the coupon fields have been filled out correctly
Make sure that there are no extra spaces before or after the name of the coupon

If needed, create another coupon to test.
