A crucial part of using a coupon is keeping track of how the coupons are used.

To track if a user has used a coupon, there are a few methods to use depending on the circumstance.

Investigate by Household:

Click the tile Find a Household to Manage

  • Search for a household>select a household
  • In the left menu, select the tab Contacts>Select the Prime Contact
  • Select the tab Payments
  • Choose a payment from the list
  • Select the tab Payment Detail
  • If a Coupon was used, it will display in the final colum.

When used: If a user has a question about their coupon usage or check why a payment has the total that it does.

Investigate by Financial Report:

To view how the coupon has been used and by wheom, investigate by Financial Record:

  1. Reports>Report Categories>Finance
  2. Choose report Payment Detail: Short Version
  3. The column coupon is to the far right (scroll if needed).

Investigate Total Coupon Revenue

To view how total many dollars a promotion or coupon has generated (with coupon value), visit your promotion management center.

Registration setup>Payment Setup>Manage Promotions or Coupons

Select a coupon from the list to review totals and number used.

Here, you will see a screen that displays details about the coupon. Net Revenue shows how much money you have made on the total program. Coupon Total shows the monetary value of all coupons used.
