Household Discount

Household discounts will apply on a single order at time of registration. At time of checkout, the system will calculate the discount to subtract the discount amount from each qualifying program.

For example, a household discount may be applied when when three or more items are ordered, or when two or more items are ordered. One family with six kids purchasing six items will receive the same discount as one family with one kid purchasing six items.

How to set up a household discount:

1.Find a Program

2. Select or Add a new Program

3.Fill out the options as usual for program setup

4. Scroll downward through the page to Household Discount.

4. Set the number of items at which the discount kicks in.

5. Set the amount of the discount. (If you go by percentages, simply work out the math and apply the amount).

6. Save

Quantity Discounts

Quantity discounts are restricted to multiple purchases of the same program by the same participant in the same registration period and purchase. Set the quantity and discount on the program. At time of checkout, depending on the quantity ordered, Cogran will apply the discount for the line item.

For example, a quantity discount may be applied when three or more of the exact same item are ordered, or when two or more of the exact items are ordered.

How to set up a quantity discount:

4. Scroll downward through the page to Quantity Discount

4. Set the number of items at which the discount kicks in.

5. Set the amount of the discount. (If you go by percentages, simply work out the math and apply the amount).

Early Discounts and Late Fees

Early payment discounts must be set on the item price file as the Early Payment Discount. On the event you must the early discount date as effective to date.

For late payment fees you must specify on the line item price file the late payment fee. Then on the event you must specify he late payment date effective from date.

How to Set Early Discounts and Late Fees

3.Fill out the options as usual for program setup. Scroll downward through the page to early discounts and late fees.

4. Set the number of items at which the discount kicks in. You can have both an early and a late fee on a single item. 

5. Set the amount of the discount. (If you go by percentages, simply work out the math and apply the amount).

Early Bird and Late Fees are set at program level, then applied at registration period. 

7. Registration Setup>Basic Registration Setup

8. Select a Registration Period or add a new one

9. Fill out the form as  required. Scroll downward through the page to early discounts and late fees.

10. Set the dates at which you would like these discounts to apply. These dates will activate early/late fees on every item in the event that an early or late fee applied. If no early/late fee has been applied to the item, then no fee will be applied.
