1. Reports>Registration Monitoring
  2. Open “Registration”
  3. Filter on the “Registration Period or Season”: Choose one or more registration periods
  4. Click “Search” Depending on how many contacts are in this list, give it a moment to load.
  5. The list of contacts appears.
  6. Click the option to “Send Email” that appears above the mailing list.
  7. The email form appears.
  8. This email system is based on templates.
  9. Select a template or you can select “write an email” which will allow you to write an email.
  10. Enter a subject line
  11. Edit or update text as needed: follow the instructions on template updating if desired.
  12. You can send one to yourself in the form field “cc address” at the bottom of the form
  13. Click send
  14. Done!
