Who uses this: Admins, when a parent gets confused during registration and need you to complete his/her registration. Do not use this to change completed registrations.

  1. Log in as Admin
  2. Click Register Here
  3. You will be in a blank registration form.
  4. First, find the incomplete registration record:
    1. Click “Return to Search.”
    2. A search form will appear.
    3. Enter the name, first name, or whatever you use as your search criteria in the search field for last name
    4. Click “Search.”
    5. A new screen appears with a list of contacts who meet your search criteria
    6. Click on the correct name to select it
  5. You will be transported back to the registration form, now populated by the family’s registration form information.
  6. Click Participants in the left menu
  7. You will have the option to select the incorrectly registered person.
  8. Click on this name.
  9. Verify that the information about this person is correct. This will help in case the parent is unable to register because they entered the wrong birthdate or incorrect grade. (This happens more often than you might think!)
  10. Click on Registration in the left menu.
  11. Now you will see the registration options. Please check or uncheck until the registration record is correct.
  12. If the parent is still on the phone, you can process their credit card transaction over the phone. Or you can email them to finish the transaction by logging in and progressing right to the checkout screen to pay.
  13. Done!
This allows you as admin to tweak this record, but only do this for UNCONFIRMED registrations.
