Go Live Checklist: Registration Setup

Are you ready to go live? Congratulations! Before you do, we recommend running through a few test registrations to review your settings and check your reports. 

Front Page: 

Check your Front Page on different devices. Image sizes can look different on different screens!

Check your links on your cards, including your maps, more info, and your program lists

Review your programs display. 

  • Check displayed information on price, dates, days of week, instructor name, etc. 
  • Check price info
  • Check eligibility info
  • Check registration open/close dates

 

Are my registration programs correct?

REVIEW:

  • Names of programs
  • Age groups
  • Gender
  • Price 
  • Discounts
  • Installment amounts
  • Questions and answers
  • Additional items

 

Are my registration periods correct?

REVIEW: 

  • Start of registration
  • End of registration
  • Age group cutoff date (the date by which players need to be a certain age)
  • End of early bird discount
  • Start of late fee
  • Installment dates

 

Is my registration form correct?

  1. Process through a registration: Do I collect all of the correct information? Are the right fields required?
  2. Check your payment methods
  3. Review your checkout page: are all the discounts calculating as expected? 
  4. Try payment methods to confirm a registration (including credit card: you can refund it using your Stripe vendor tools!)
  5. Check the main reports: is your household search providing you with the info you need? Are your other reports populating as expected?

 

Do my emails reflect my organization?

Communications>Emails>Email Templates

  1. Click “Search.”  
  2. Select the emails in the list that are relevant for your organization. (participant registration, user-created).
  3. Review the to make sure you include the company name, logo, and special details like mailing address. (Leave merge fields: the system will use these on a live basis!). 
  4. Update if necessary.
