Sometimes, parents register the incorrect child for a program. When they realize this, they may ask for assistance in correcting this. If there is no financial transaction, this problem can be solved entirely in the back office with only a few clicks.

  1. Log into the Back Office
  2. On Manage a Household, enter the name or email of the contact whose account requires updating. Click “search.”
  3. A list of contacts appears. Open the go-to menu and select “Registrations.”

A list of all household registrations appears. Click the “edit” button next to the registraiton to update.

A modal appears. The current participant’s name appears at the top of the form. To update, choose another participant and save.
