Sometimes, a customer underpays. This happens when a customer may select resident and yet be a nonresident, or membership when a customer is a non-member.

1. Open the back office

2. Manage a Household – Search (right pane)

3. Search for the customer name

4. Go to Payments

5. Drill down to Payment Detail (click finger icon)

6. Create New

7. Add the following payment due transaction

  • Select Participant
  • Select the Item – use the one that was underpaid
  • Enter the Total Amount Due:
  • TransactionType: Due
  • Payment Type: Pending
  • Date of Transaction: select date due – usually today
  • Note: Enter any notes to describe the issue – this will not display to the client

Save

8. Go to the front office > Admin Center > Make a Payment

9. Search for the name – the payment due will display
