Registration Dashboard
Cogran’s Front Page includes a one-stop access point for administrators to run most aspects of their Cogran System. The Registration Dashboard includes a quick review of recent registrations.
- In the upper right hand corner of the screen, click log in. Use your admin password and username.
- Once logged in, a new menu option appears in the upper right hand corner. Click this.
- Choose the Registration Dashboard from the menu.
- This is an accordian menu. For more details, click the Plus sign at the end of each header row.
Unconfirmed Registrations:
This is for registrations recently started, but not completed. The programs are not confirmed. This information is useful in reviewing recent and pending registrations. There are two categories: Last 10 Days, and 10 to 30 Days in the past.
Stopped at Checkout:
This shows transactions that proceeded to the checkout pane but were not completed. There are two categories: Last 10 Days, and 10 to 30 Days in the past.
Paid but not Confirmed, Contact Cogran:
This shows that the customer completed payment information, but Cogran is unable to tell if Stripe fully processed the transaction. This very rare occurrence is tracked here. Contact Cogran immediately after checking your Stripe account.
Registration Period and the Period’s Current Registration Total:
- Click the plus sign to show program names, total registrations, spots left, and status.
- Click the plus sign to view the list of participants in the program. This includes a hotlinked email address, a phone number, the grade, the age, and the payment status of each participant.
When used: This dashboard is a quick overview that allows an at-a-glance understanding of recent transactions without filtering reports. Admins use this to quickly check registration info, for example on a Monday to see what registrations have happened over the weekend.
