Cogran offers automated alerts for new reservations. However, if not using that system, Cogran offers the feature of sending a CC’d email to multiple administrators.

For a single administrator, update the Reservation Confirmation with the email addresses to receive copies of emails. Click here for more info.

For installations that require different adminstrators to be notified for different facilities, add the email addresses to the facility.

Facility Setup>
Search
Select the facility
Open the go-to menu and select Facility Listing, Availability & Conflicts
On tab 1, enter emails into the field Admin Email Copy. Enter multiple emails separated by a COMMA but no SPACE.

Save!

Repeat as needed.
