When used: Sometimes, it is convenient to force-process an unpaid transaction. For example, if you know that checks are coming and need to build your teams. To avoid the need to remember which checks are still due, you may choose to process the check payment and then set the payment status to due. The good news is that it is easy!

By setting a payment to due, you are NOT changing the registration status, nor performing a refund. However you will be able to communicate with the users and request payment.

  1. Perform a household search and select the record to update
  2. Payments attach to the prime contact, so select the prime contact
  3. Click Registrations>
  4. Select the Registration>
  5. Click Payments>
  6. Select the Payment Detail
  7. Change “Paid” to “Due”
  8. Save!

Now, find the information:
Visit MY REPORTS>
Report 45: Financial Details Report
On the search form, search by “DUE”
The accounts with the DUE payments will appear.
Now, follow up with an email or other…
Done!
