Update the Last Installment Date
When used: When a final installment date is incorrect.
Note: Sometimes, installments may no longer appear available. This can be due to a last installment date being within the month, which means it is no longer available as an option.
How to update:
- Registration Setup>Registration Periods>Search
- On the list showing the registration period, click the edit button (pencil) next to the correct Registration Period
- Navigate to Tab 2: Registration Dates
- Scroll down to Last Installment Date: Update this date
- Save
Option: Set unique last installment dates for one or all sessions
- Click the go-to menu on the Registration Period
- Change to grid view
- On each session, add an override Last Installment Date
- Update each session to have its own installment date if desired
