Update the Last Installment Date


When used: When a final installment date is incorrect.
Note: Sometimes, installments may no longer appear available. This can be due to a last installment date being within the month, which means it is no longer available as an option.

How to update:

  • Registration Setup>Registration Periods>Search
  • O​n the list showing the registration period, click the edit button ​ (pencil) next to the correct Registration Period
  • Navigate to Tab 2: Registration Dates
  • ​Scroll down to Last Installment Date: Update this date
  • Save

Option: Set unique last installment dates for one or all sessions

 

  • Click the go-to menu on the Registration Period 
  • Change to grid view
  • On each session, add an override Last Installment Date
  • Update each session to have its own installment date if desired
