Update or Replace a Member Number

When a membership is purchased in Cogran, a member number is automatically assigned to the membership. This member number will post on the customer’s household account and can be used for membership access. To update this number, follow the instructions below.

  • Log into the back office.
  • Membership>Member Contact
  • Search for the contact
  • Click “Edit.” A modal opens.
  • The Cogran membership number will appear in the Member Number field. Delete this number.
  • Type in the new number. OR, if a barcode reader is connected to the computer, set the cursor in the field and then scan the card to synch it to the member.
  • Save.
