On the Front Page, choose “view” on a card to see a list of programs. If a checkout button does not display on a registration option, the registration option is past or closed to further registrations (even on the waitlist). To resolve, update dates as needed. 

If this is in error, check the dates on the Registration Period and the Session: 

  • Log into Cogran Office
  • Registration Setup>Registration period
    • Check Registration Period close date is not past
    • If the date is past, and it should not be, change the date.
    • Save 
  • Reload the front page and visit the program again. 

If this does not resolve the issue: 

  • Check the override registration dates on the session: 
    • Click the go-to menu on the Registration Period
    • Scroll to the 5th tab, Registration Dates (this tab is hidden on load, scroll to the right). 
    • Check the registration close date
    • If the date is past, and it should not be, change the date.
  • Reload the front page and visit the program again.
