Recommended Setup
For organizations offering continuous check-in services, we recommend a dedicated terminal equipped with a barcode scanner. This setup ensures quick and easy access for your members. Membership credentials can be provided via printed cards or by displaying a digital barcode from their household account on a mobile device.
How Members Check In
Follow these simple steps to record member check-ins:
- Log in to the Front Page: Access your Cogran administration portal using your admin credentials.
- Select the Admin Menu: Click on the ‘Admin’ menu located in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Navigate to Barcode Check-in Recording: Scroll down the menu to find and select ‘Barcode Check-in Recording’.
- Choose Check-in Type: Select either ‘Member Check-in’ or ‘Day Passes’ based on the nature of the visit.
- Scan Member Card or Barcode: Present the member’s physical card or their digital barcode (from their household account) to the scanner.
- Confirmation Screen: A confirmation screen will appear, indicating a successful check-in. If an image has been uploaded to the member’s account, their profile picture will be displayed on this screen.

Upon successful scanning, the system will display a clear confirmation. This visual confirmation provides immediate feedback to both the staff and the member, ensuring a smooth and confident check-in process. The display of the member’s image (if available) adds a personal touch and an extra layer of verification.
