Updating Registered Contact Details

Contact information for registrants may change. While they can update their info during the regsitration process, it is handy to update it as an admin, too.

Log into the Back Office.

• Contact Management >Contact
• Search for the contact. Filter as needed.
• A list populates. NOTE: More than one contact record may appear, if households share data such as a last name.
• Click the edit button next to the correct contact. A modal appears with contact info. Update as needed, remembering to save.
  

Household Contacts

To View Household Contacts click the three-dot menu icon. The top option is Household Contacts. Select.
