Add a Team
A single team may be created using Cogran. This will have no impact on existing teams.
Step One: Add the Team
- Open the menu, League Control and Game Scheduling
- Click on Team Assignment
- Search for the league that requires a new team
- Click “edit.”
- A modal opens.
- Move to tab “Create Teams and Player/Volunteer Assignment”
- Check “Create New Teams”
- Enter the number of teams to create
- Click save
Step Two: Update the new team
Use the go-to menu to visit Team Maintenance. The new team will be called “Temp Team Name: 1.” Convert to a grid to quickly update the team name and other details.
Make a note of the quick assign code that has been assiged to the new team.
Step Three: Assign players
- Double click on Team Assignment to activate the pane.
- Convert the table to a grid.
- Find the players who need to be added to the new team.
- Enter the new team’s quick assign code in the field “Quick Assign Team Code.”
