Barcodes on Rosters

To show or hide barcodes on Cogran’s Print-Friendly Rosters:

• Log into the Back Office
• System Preferences and Access Control>
• Ogranization Details and Global Settings
• Seatch>System Preferences
• Use “filter within list” to search for “Barcode” or scroll to “Display participant barcode on roster”
• Click the edit button
• Uncheck/check “check to activate”
• Save
• The change instantly applies
