Cache issues

Sometimes, browser caches have issues.

Sometimes you may be working in your back office and find that your usual dropdowns are not available or quicklinks are not displaying.

Solution: Log out and log in again. Be sure to type in your password instead of letting your browser remember it!

If this doesn’t work:

  • Try holding down the Shift key while pressing the Refresh button. Page should hard-refresh.
  • Try another browser
    • Open Edge, Firefox, or Chrome.
    • Paste or type in your URL.
      Log into your site.
    • Check to see if the issue persists.
  • 2. Go incognito
    • Close your existing tab
    • Open an incognito or private browsing window
    • Paste or type in your URL.
    • Log into your site.
    • Check to see if the issue persists.
  • Clear your cache/cookies.
    • Close your existing tab
    • Close your browser
    • Reopen your browser
    • Clear your cache/cookies
    • Paste or type in your URL.
    • Log into your site (do not use the browser to remember your password)
    • Check to see if the issue persists.




Tip: Allowing your browser to “remember” your login address may not mean you are “completely” logged in. If you run into the issues above, remember to log into your Cogran site each time, typing in your password.
