Charts now enhance Cogran’s reports. Charts transform Cogran data into beautiful, useful visualizations.
Charts visualize this data:
- Revenue for the past three years: Revenue vs. Refund vs. Due)
- Registration History for the past three years
- Registration Detail (Plan vs. Registrations vs. Waitlist)
- All Registrations by Sessions for the Year
- Facility Usage by Month for the Year
- Yearly Facility Usage: Past 3 Years and 1 Future Year
The charts can be displayed as:
- Line
- Bar
- Pie
- Donut
- Polar area
The charts can be filtered by year. In addition, the data can stacked.
Accessiblity feature: By checking “accessible,” the charts colors can be textured in a distinctive pattern.
How to Use:
Find charts in the Admin Menu (the menu in the upper right hand corner of the Front Page) and scrolling down to the word “Charts.”
- Choose a chart
- Click the filter (upper right hand of your screen) to access the chart menu.
- The filter menu provides the choice to pull a different chart and to explore your data.
- Change the year
- The type of chart
- Stack the data
- Make it accessible for color-blindness.
- Once you have selected a chart
- hover your mouse over the charts to show the details.
- click on a column to hide it. When you do this, keep an eye on the X and Y axis. The chart will automatically change the amounts to make the most sense for the remaining data.
