Registration Options: Create and Manage, Day Pass

Cogran allows the creation of Day Passes for drop-in based entry. Day passes can be set up in any number of entries. Each entry is for one day, even if the Day Pass is scanned more than once. Day Passes will be available on a user account, and can be scanned for entry.

Create a Day Pass

  • Log into the Back Office
  • Click Registration Setup in the left side navigation
  • Select “Day Pass”
  • A form populates
  • Click Add

Fill out the form:

Tab One: Basic Information

  • Name: Suggest including the total number of day passes in the bundle in this name.
  • Quantity in Bundle: This is the number of day passes in this bundle. Upon checkin or swipe, a day pass will automatically be deducted from this total, which is viewable in the customer’s account. A day pass may only be swiped once in a day.
  • Months Valid: The day pass will be valid for this number of months from date of purchase
  • Card: Which card will this be sold on? A POS style card allows the quickest purchase options.
  • Activity: Option: Assign a day pass activity for reporting
  • Preview Image: Assign a preview image to replace the standard checkbox
  • Account Code: Enter an account code if desired

Tab 2: Prices

  • Price: Enter the price
  • Tax: If taxed, enter the tax amount here.

Remember: Add to a registration period. The registration period should be a “Registration” type.
