Cogran does not allow programs to be deleted when they are being offered for registration. However, in some cases, it is possible to delete a program that is not being offered for registration.

OPTION 1: Delete a program.

If there are no current registrations:
If a program has not yet been scheduled in a registration period, you can navigate to a program, then simply delete it. This is useful if you accidentally made two or have decided to not offer a program. Now the program no longer exists and is not available to be added to an event.

NOTE: If this option does not work, it is not an error! If the program is in a cart, it cannot be deleted even though it shows no registrations posting. This is to prevent causing errors to in-progress registrations for your clients.

OPTION 2: Remove a program and then delete it.

If there are no current registrations:
If the program has been added to a registration period but no registrations have yet taken place, navigate to the registration period and then the list of registration programs. Select “delete” and confirm deletion of the program from the event.

NOTE: If this option does not work, it is not an error! If the program is in a registrant’s shopping cart, it cannot be deleted even though it shows no registrations posting. This is to prevent causing errors to in-progress registrations for your clients.
NOTE: A program will still be available to appear in other registration periods. If a program occurs more than once in the event, it will still remain until it is removed.
NOTE: A program can also be added to other registration periods.
