By default, this will reduce the amount owed.

This adjustment can be used for any necessary reason, such as:

• Ad-hoc scholarship
• Price Mailed in an early registration and automatic discount will not apply
• Want to a family discount when family did two orders and didn’t automatically qualify
• Need to apply ad-hoc discount
• Fixing undercharge
• Fixing overcharge
• Want to remove late fee
• Want a sibling discount but registered siblings on separate orders

How to Use:

This adjustment is only available to administrators.

• Log in as admin
• Select or create a user account
• Add a program (or programs) to the cart
• In the pane labeled “Review Selections and Pricing”, there is an option to add a coupon.
• In the coupon field, enter FA-5 for a $5 discount. Change the number to change the ad-hoc discount.  (Use the dash key to create the dash).
• The discount will appear as a line item.
• Complete the transaction.
