How Customers Use the Household Account
After users have completed their first registration with Cogran, they have access to a powerful new tool: their household account.
After registration, users can also log back in to register for more programs, with their material in place!
- After completing a registration, contacts are logged into accounts and can begin to use a household account immediately.
- After logging out, log back in by clicking “Login” in the upper right hand corner of the Front Page. Users will be prompted to enter their username or email, then their password.
After logging in, the prime contact’s name will appear in the upper right corner of the screen. Next to the name is a menu icon.

The Account
- Waiver: Shows waiver agreement
- My Calendar: Access to calendar downloads and outstanding payments
- Payments Due: Direct access to due payments. Make outstanding payments from your account!
- Document Upload / Download: Download and upload any required documents
- My Registrations: Registered programs
- My Reservations: Reserved facilities and requests
- My Memberships and Day Passes: Membership info including member barcode and expiration info, plus Day Passes with barcode and remaining passes
- View my Account Profile: View the info in Cogran about each household member on your account, including individual terms
- Update My Account: Access to make changes to a household account
- My Teams: A list of teams on which particpants play or coach
- My Classes: a list of classes in which participants participate or teach
- View Order/Invoice: transaction history with reprintable receipts
- Annual Payments Summary: a summary of total annual payments by year by participant
- Attendance History: if attendance for programs is taken, this information will post here
- Email Cogran Support: Contact Cogran if you can’t find required info
Key Dates & Payments Due
A modal box displays a list of programs and classes for which the user has registered. This includes even programs without any payments due.
- ADD TO CALENDAR: To add a program to an external calendar, such a a google calendar, click “add to calendar.” An ical item downloads. Click on the listing to add to the external calendar.
- MAKE A PAYMENT: To make the payment, click on the button “pay online.” A modal pops up with a modal box displays that allows users to enter credit card information or use saved information.
Payments Due
A modal box displays a list of due payments only. This streamlined view takes users directly to outstanding payments due only.
- MAKE A PAYMENT: To make the payment, click on the button “pay online.” A modal pops up with a modal box displays that allows users to enter credit card information or use saved information.
- If you saved your credit card during registration, simply click the “pay using this card” option to instantly check out!
Document Management
A modal box displays a list of documents to download and to upload.
DOWNLOAD and UPLOAD A DOCUMENT:
- Scroll to find a document to download and upload.
- Click on download to download the file.
- Use PDF filling software to fill out the document, or print it out and fill by hand. Then snapshot and save it to upload the document.

Attendance History
Attendance History tracks when a user was checked into Cogran.
This attendance may be tracked by a member scan or by taking attendance for a particular class or program.
If the customer also checks out, the the amount of time the customer was in the facility will also display

My Registrations, My Reservations
My Registrations displays each registration as a line item. The information displays as date, registrant name, program
My Reservations displays any reservations made by the customer, with time of event and the name entered by the customer.
View My Account Profile
Account Profile: A list of participants with useful information, such as the adult prime contact (account holder), and the other participants on the account.
Click “Display Account Info” to access a full, printable household account insight.
Payment History
The payment history display each payment made, including records of instalment payments. The information displays by date, name, registration period, program, and reference number.

- Click “Display the Invoice” to view the content of each receipted transaction. This receipt may also includes the barcode.
My Membership and Day Passes
My Memberships:
Member name, membership type, expiration date, and reference number plus barcode all display for each member in the account.
In Cogran, each family member in a family membership will have their own member number. Enter this code into a digital wallet to use a mobile device for sign-in.
My Day Passes:
The name of the day-pass holder, the type of pack, and the remaining balance of passes will appear here. This also includes the bar code. Enter this code into a digital wallet to use a mobile device for sign-in.
My Teams, My Classes
My Teams, My Classes: A list of teams and classes to which your family members have been assigned will appear.
If a family member is a coach, then there will also be access to emailing and full rosters.
Annual Payment Summary
Annual Payment Summary: The payment summary shows, by year, the total amount paid through Cogran for each participant. This useful information posts a yearly total, the year, the participant name, and of course the total amount.
