Member Check-in with Member Number Lookup

Members can check into Cogran installations. Organizations that offer this on a constant basis are encourage to setup a dedicated terminal for this purpose with a barcode scanner. Membership cards can be printed, or customers can show their membership barcode in their household account.

When a customer does not have a member card, it is handy to be able to look up the member number.

• Log into the Front Page with admin access
• Click the admin menu in the upper right-hand corner
• Scroll to Barcode Checkin Recording
• Select Member Last-Name Search
• Enter the last name
• A list of members appears
• Copy the member number (ctrl+c)
• Change the Type of Scan to Member Checkin
• Paste (ctrl+v) into the Membership Number field
• Click Go
