Member Checkin

Members can check into Cogran installations. Organizations that offer this on a constant basis are encourage to setup a dedicated terminal for this purpose with a barcode scanner. Membership cards can be printed, or customers can show their membership barcode in their household account.

• Log into the Front Page with admin access
• Click the admin menu in the upper right-hand corner
• Scroll to Barcode Checkin Recording
• Choose Member Check-in or Day Passes
• Scan the member card
• A confirmation appears. If an image has been uploaded to the account, this image will display.
