Registration periods that are set to the status “closed” can be reopened.
1. Registration Setup>Registration Periods
2. Search and find your Registration Periods
3. On Tab One, if the Registration Periods status is closed, set status = Open
4. Save
If registration options do not appear, troubleshoot by searching through dates.
- Registration Open & Close Dates on the Program
- Registration Open & Close Dates on the Session (tab 5)
