Log into the Cogran Back Office:

Quicklinks>Attendance Tracking

• Search for the Session, Class or Attendee
• A roster appears matching the search criteria
• To take attendance, change to grid view
• Click Check in, then Check out
• If signature needed, ask parents to e-intial
• The system automatically time and date stamps
• Save
