Undrop from Registration

When processing a partial refund, a participant is dropped from a program. However, this automatic cancellation can be undone with a few steps.

• Log into the back office
• Visit “Manage a Household” and click “search.”
• A form appears. Search for the correct household.
• In the go-to menu, click “Registrations.”
  • A list appears.
  • The dropped program will have a date in the field “Cancel Date.”
  • Change from list to grid view
  • Delete the date.
• The participant’s registration will be reactivated automatically.
