Waiver: Add, update, or change
Cogran provides the option for a waiver that all account holders must acknowledge before proceeding with a registration or reservation. This waiver appears after login, and must be agreed to by the account holder (who must be older than 18) before proceeding with a transaction.
IMPORTANT: The waiver is not required for a POS transaction style. If a waiver is required, use Registration.
The waiver displays prior to registration, but after login. To view the waiver, click the option to “read waiver.” A window opens to display the waiver.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Front Page, Cards and Media>Front Page.
- Search to find your Front Page.
- Click the pencil to edit.
- On tab one, find: Registration Waiver (Scroll down)
- Paste or write waiver content.
- Save
- Publish your page
Tip: Remember to publish to ensure you can view your changes to your public site.
Individual Camper Opt-Ins
If additional opt-ins are required, on a participant level, other opt-ins can be added to registration forms as checkboxes with text. This is often used for media waivers, sunscreen, and othe acknowledgements separate from the basic liability waiver. In addition, PDFs can be added as paper documents for upload.
