Sibing Discount Restriction

By default, Cogran applies Sibling Discounts to all customers registering for a relevant program (a program with a sibling discount added) in a transaction. That means that sibling one and sibling two would both receive the sibling discount.

However, Cogran also allows the option to exclude one sibling from this discount. To activate this, visit system settings.

1. Navigate to the menu item: System Preferences and Access Control>Organization Details and Global Settings
2. Search
3. Your organization name appears
4. Select the The Go To Menu: Configuration Profile

• Click the edit pencil
• A form loads: System Configuration
• Scroll to:
  • Sibling Pricing: One sibling pays first highest full price across any item
  • Check the box
• Save
