Regional Restrictions are used to limit registrations to a certain region. This is used when an organization has regional programs, such as camps in different cities.

How it works: The region is activated when a customer is attempting to register. When a customer enters their region info during registration, Cogran will display only programs available in that region.

Restrict registration to a particular region using this method:

• Registration Setup>Registration Period
• Search to find the registration period
• Select the edit button
• The Registration Period form appears. Navigate to the eligibility tab and select the region that will be able to register for this program.
• Save
