Reports for Facility Deposits

Manage the facility deposits with these handy reports that will tell you how much a customer should be refunded.

Facility Reservation Payment Detail Report:

• Log into the Back Office
• Select Reports-Finance in the Quicklinks menu
• Select Facility Reservation Payment Detail Report
• Search for the Facility by name
• Use the other filters to further refine information.

Payment Transaction Detail Report:

• Log into the Back Office
• Select Reports-Finance in the Quicklinks menu
• Select Payment Transaction Detail Report
• Search for the Program by name (The refund will be for a fee).
